Assess
To gain an understanding of hazard and consequences, including analysis of physical evidence at the appropriate standard to enable its exploitation, including support to criminal proceedings.
Prevent
To reduce the likelihood of a CBRN release by deterring adversaries, preventing supply, disrupting or disabling offensive CBRN capabilities, eliminating existing CBRN stockpiles and programmes, and ensuring adherence to chemical and biological warfare (CBW) counter-proliferation treaties.
Respond
To reduce the impact of a CBRN release by detecting or diagnosing, providing physical protection and treatment, and an ability to manage the hazard.
